How to take

Shake well. Take straight from the spoon or add to water.

Take recommended dose up to 3 times daily.

Suggested use by age:

3 to 5 years: 1 teaspoon (5 mL) before bed.
5 years and over: 1 teaspoon (5 mL) up to 2 times before bed
