Where are Harker Herbals products made?

All of our products are made in New Zealand at our manufacturing facility in Hastings.

Are your products vegetarian or vegan-friendly? 

All of our products use only plant-sourced ingredients with some products adding a mineral (iron or zinc).

Can I take Harker Herbals products with other supplements or medications?

If you are taking prescription medication or have a diagnosed health condition, we recommend checking with your healthcare professional before introducing any new herbal product. Some herbs can interact with medications and impact how they work. In particular, any blood-thinning medications may be impacted by some of the herbs in our tonics and syrups.

Are your formulas alcohol-free?

Yes. All Harker Herbal products are 100% alcohol-free.

How do I take the liquid herbal syrups?

Take the recommended dose as directed on the label. Our formulas can be taken straight, mixed with water or juice or added to a smoothie if preferred.

Do your products contain sugar?

Our syrups and tonics do not contain refined sugar.

How should I store the product?

Store upright in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Refrigeration is not necessary unless stated on the label. Use within the recommended time after opening.

Are Harker Herbal products all Non-GMO?


Yes. All ingredients used in our products are Non-GMO.

Are Harker Herbals products tested for for quality and safety?

We only work with suppliers who meet the same high standards we set for ourselves. Every ingredient in the is carefully selected for purity, potency and proven efficacy. We partner with the world’s leading suppliers of clinically researched herbal extracts and botanicals, ensuring each formula delivers on quality and performance. 

I forgot to add my discount code. Can I add it after I submit my order?

Once your order has been submitted, we can’t cancel or amend it. That includes where you have forgotten to add a discount code. Please note that a discount code won’t work on bundle offers or already discounted items. 

How much is shipping? 

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

My product tastes a bit different to the last one I bought. Is there something wrong with it?

As our products are made using all natural ingredients, there may be a seasonal variation that affects the flavour slightly.   This is normal for genuine natural products.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Ideally, you should receive your order within 3-5 working days.

I made a mistake with my order. Can I cancel?

Once your order has been submitted, we can’t cancel or amend it. However, you may be able to return the product as per our Shipping and Returns policy. 

Do you take return of product I’ve bought elsewhere?

We don’t accept returns of product purchased through a third party.  Please contact the retailer where you bought the product, and they will take care of you. 

What is your return and refund policy? 

Please email us at contact@harkerherbals.com if you have any complaints about your product. Our team may ask you to return the product to us for further investigation and, if the product is found to be faulty, provide a refund or replacement product.
