All Harker Herbals USA orders are fulfilled and shipped via Amazon Fulfillment Services. This allows us to provide fast, reliable delivery using trusted national carriers.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping via the Harker Herbals USA website.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been processed, it will be handed to the carrier for delivery.

Shipping Timeframes

Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after processing.

Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is important to us.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

How to Request a Return

  • The reason for return
  • Return instructions will be provided once your request is approved.


Refunds
